This course fully prepares you from the physical foundation of yoga all the way to creating powerful classes that promote physical and emotional health and personal growth in your future students.
Whether you're an aspiring yoga teacher or passionate practitioner, this training is designed give you a deeper understanding of the human body and mind.

Traditional Hatha Yoga
Trauma Informed Yoga
Mudra, Bandha, Kriyas
Meditation and Mantra Chanting
Yoga Philosophy and Psychology
The course also covers

Patanjali's Yoga Sutras
Yogic Diet and Nutrition
The course will take place throughout 6 intense weeks, focused on the weekends:
Fridays - afternoon/evening
Saturdays - all day
Sundays - all day
Monday to Thursday there will be daily 2 hours of practice classes.
Daily 1 hour will be allocated for self-study at your convenience.
The lectures and classes will be recorded and available for 30 days for review, however, live attendance is strongly encouraged.

Assessment And Certification
Students are continuously assessed throughout the course at all levels. There will be a practical as well as written examination at the end of the course to evaluate the understanding of the philosophy of yoga and skills of the students. Participant should pass all different aspects of the course to be eligible for the Yoga Teacher certification.
On successful completion of the course, you ar qualified to register with Yoga Alliance, USA, to be recognized as a Certified International Yoga Teachers-RYT 200. Certficates are issued by Prashmana Yoga Yoga Alliance accredited yoga school.
Assessment is based on:
1. Regular attendance of classes
2. Attitude and behaviour while attending the course
3. Performance and attitude in the practical Asana, Pranayama, Bandhas and Kriya Classes
4. Teaching skills
5. Written assignments
