Event will take place in rain, shine or snow. If roads are closed on the shuttle route due to extreme weather and event must be cancelled customers will be contacted via e-mail. No refunds will be provided to a customer requesting a refund due to Covid or Covid concerns. Space is limited and will not be oversold or overbooked. Event is 21+. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted into the event. BYOB is for shuttle ride ONLY. You may bring beverages/cooler with you to the event, but will be asked to keep all beverages stored away until we board the trolley. Coolers must be small enough to fit on your lap in the overhead compartment. Duration of event is 6 hours.

Vehicle accommodations and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond The Mosaic Way's control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur.
