Faith Holidays did a great job coordinating our trip. I had a lovely time and trust them with my future bookings. Thank you for facilitating memories I will cherish forever!
I had a great time. Pastor Matt Larson was exceptionally knowledgeable. Pastor Matt made every effort to explain and collate the toured areas to biblical readings without interfering with our guide's descriptions. The people were wonderful and very kind and caring, delicious food, and comfortable accommodations. We toured all of Israel, and we didn't miss any of the most important places related to Christ time on earth. I fulfilled a life long desire to be baptized in Jordan and visited many other sites that I truly wanted to see. Pastor Larson made this trip to The Holy Land an experience of a lifetime for me.
Pastor Matt was wonderful and his additional commentary was well received. Israel is a beautiful country with so much history. Matt tied everything together. It was great. We needed more time built in for shopping though!! -- As for the travel agency, their lack of response to any of my questions that I sent via their Contact Us form found on their own website was beyond disappointing.

We're so glad you had a great tour! Unfortunately, we had a glitch on our "Contact Us" form. This has now been corrected but we're sorry about the inconvenience this has caused.
The trip was good. The food was awesome. The route/places to visit were excellent. If I were to recommend an improvement, it would be the tour manager. The tour manager needs to be compassionate to all the people that were on the tour.
The sights we saw, the people I met, it was amazing, awesome, at times emotional. However, and I don't want to sound cranky, but many instructions we were given prior to the trip were incorrect. We were told there would be WiFi on the bus along with a toilet. There wasn't either. We were told to bring some cash in case we want to tip the bellhops. There were no bellhops. Told we didn't need euros but we should have brought some. I do appreciate all the bathroom stops that were made. The bus driver was fantastic! The four page agenda and other agendas were not followed. I do understand things had to be adjusted in order for Father Mike to say mass but many were not happy. I asked someone who used this tour company if it was this "bad" when they traveled the Holy Land and they said no. Maybe we should have been given agendas one day at a time? I understand because our flight was delayed that the game plan was different for Portugal but according to the brochure, Day 3 was supposed to be Stations of the Cross and a visit to the houses of Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta. That never happened. It was suggested we take a train to do this but when we looked into the train, we were told to come back at 5:30 for the next train. We came back and was told that was the end of the day for the driver. If we wanted to see the houses, we would have to hire a taxi. Bottom line, thank you, the sights and folks were great....just maybe some adjustments should have been made. Nancy
