The accommodations, food, service, experience was everything we wanted and more! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The safari experience was truly unique and it was made unforgettable by the guides that went with us. We would recommend Zaina lodge to anybody that wants to be in touch with nature in a secluded and magical resort!

The hotel next to the staff fine. But it is a very expensive hotel at prices in Europe and services in Africa. The air conditioner in the room did not work and we had to change rooms. The safiris a disaster, without seeing animals, besides the behaviors and guides, do not go beyond the times or 5 minutes, fatal. In addition, food quite scarce on occasion. The worst thing that having the transfer with them to the airport, they made us from the room at 11.00 am. the hotel being empty, we were the only guests, and we had the bus at 2:00 p.m. Two hours at reception. Not a detail with leaving the room or giving us anything to eat. I do not recommend it at the price it is, I would not repeat. The hotel manager asked us at the reception, after giving him the survey, we explained what happened, but as if nothing, everything seemed normal.
