Kauai is the oldest, least developed, and fourth largest of the Hawaiian Islands.   Sometimes referred to as the Garden Island; this is manifested in the vast mountainsides, healing sunshine, tropical rainforests, and tranquil beaches that surround the island.  Kauai is the perfect place to reconnect to your soul & that fierce Wild Woman inside of you. 

During this retreat you will be staying at Soft Landings, which is a private and spacious home located on the south shore of Kauai in sunny resort town of Poipu.  This home and location provides the perfect oasis of luxury, healing and tranquility.  It is located at the highest point of Poipu on the top rim of an extinct crater, which provides expansive mountain and ocean views.  Enjoy the pool, hot tub and tennis courts on the short walk to three of Kauai's best beaches and hiking trails.  Soft Landings is the perfect home for rejuvinating and resting after a day filled with yoga, ocean adventure and play!

Kristen is passionate about working with Astrology in an embodied and accessible way. She will show you what superpowers are and shine light on the growth edges and challenges that lead to potential blocks in your life. When you work with her, you will work with those edges and tap into your soul’s purpose. She creates a safe space that is grounded and also connected to spirit, to shed light onto some of the more uncomfortable places. You will feel held, seen, and inspired working with Kristen. She will guide you back to your truest, most fulfilled self and support you to reignite your personal power. When Kristen is not practicing Astrology, you will find her dancing or communing with nature in the mountains of Colorado. 

Courteney has completed more than 1500 training hours in a wide variety of yoga styles with some of the most acclaimed names in the Yoga world.  She teaches accessible, grounded classes that integrate the best elements of peer yoga, anatomical precision, and mindfulness teachings that are accessible to all students. Courteney views Yoga as a life practice., for beyond the physical practice, and her hope is that, as a lifelong students of Yoga, we can explore and embody the essence of the practice- to feel more intimately connected to ourselves and others; and to live our Yoga, on and off the mat. 

Courteney has spent the last eight years living on Kauai teaching yoga classes and hosting adventure and yoga retreats on island and around the world.  Courteney also has a Masters degree in education and psychology, is currently pursuing her MSW,  and has recently become a Level 3 trained Astrologer under Debra Silverman.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. There is a non-refundable $500 deposit. If we are able to fill your space we will gladly reimburse you less any fees we cannot recover. However, if we cannot fill your space, no refunds can be given.

There are currently no COVID testing or vaccination requirements to travel to Hawaii. Do what you need to do to feel safe and take responsibility for your own health. We do not require that you test before coming to the retreat. We are not responsible in any manner for the risks related to COVID by attending this retreat.
