Amazing trip with lots of surprises! My agency is so knowledgable and responsive whenever I need help. Gabby is amazing, she helped me compared all the options and gave me lots of tips for traveling in general. And the cuyabeno trip ended up being so good! The accommodation is much better than I expected and the food is actually so tasty, they also cooked really good vegan food for those who's vegan. Our guide Jonathan is incredible passionate about Amazon forest and sooo good at spotting animals in the jungle! I had a really good time there.

Gabby, at Ecuador Family Tours, arranged every aspect of our trip and made everything manageable. We knew each step and felt in good hands all along the way, from Quito to the jungle, through our stay on the river, back to the city. At the lodge, we ate good food, enjoyed guided walking and boating tours, saw wildlife, heard the sounds of the rain forest. A lovely experience shared with people from around the world.

We had several non continuous stays at Reina Isabel and it felt like coming home in between our trip explorations. Convenient location to walk around. Restaurant was sufficient and we loved the outdoor terrace to eat at. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very spacious.
