After breakfast we'll leave for Agra (1..5 hour drive) and tour the Taj Mahal followed by Agra Fort, leaving mid-afternoon for Ranthambore National Park.

We'll take a slight detour along the way to see the very impressive Chand Baori stepwell in Abhaneri.

Days end will find us at Maa Ashapura Farm, Ranthambore enjoy evening libations around the fire pit and farm fresh dinner poolside.

After breakfast we'll take an open jeep safari into the Ranthambore National Park where we will hopefully spot the magnificent Bengal Tiger in his natural habitat.

After lunch back at Maa Ashapura Farm, we'll saddle up and take our first ride out through the countryside of Rajasthan to Shyampura where we will either camp out in tents or villagers' houses.  

After breakfast, we'll need to take a jeep ride to Bhoori Pahari as there are usually (due to the monsoons) no dry riding trails at this point.

We'll camp in Bhoori Pahari or stay in the Balar Fort.

Our third day's ride takes us from Balar Fort to the border of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan to Palighat.  Here we will take an hour and a half boat ride on the Chambal River to look for the critically endangered gharial at the National Chambal Gharial Wildlife Sanctuary.

After breakfast, we'll take a train (or jeep) to Jaipur, arriving in time for lunch followed by a city tour.  Sights will include the Hawa Mahal, (the famed "Wind Palace"), City Palace and Jantar Mantar.  There will be some time for shopping for those who desire.

After breakfast, we'll explore the Amber Fort in Jaipur.

Leaving after lunch, we'll drive to Pushkar, arriving around 4:30 to the Royal Safari Tent Village.

Be ready for an evening ride (horse or camel cart) to the Pushkar Fair Grounds, where is always something exciting going on, and tons of things to see and do, at the annual Pushkar Camel Festival.

After breakfast, we'll mount up again and take a 2 -4 hour ride around the Pushkar Camel Fair.  The grooms will be there waiting to care for our horses, so we are free to explore the fair and enjoy snacks and drinks as part of our tour group in the main arena.

After an early breakfast, we'll leave Pushkar to take a five hour drive to Jodhpur, where we will arrive around noonish just in time for lunch at "On The Rocks".

After lunch, we'll spend some time shopping in the old market and exploring the amazing Mehrangarh Fort.

Leaving Jodhpur around 5:30, we'll take a two and a half hour dive to Western Rajasthan and Korta Escape.
