Puglia is without a doubt my favourite region of Italy. And for good reason, it's truly got it all. Weather, culture, beaches, parties and of course hot locals. If you're looking for the hot girl summer adventure of your life, this is it. This trip has the perfect blend of culture, food, boat trips, beaches and wild, summer parties. 

Starting the adventure off in one of the most fun and gastronomically incredible cities, Bari. Once we've all checked into our villa (yes, VILLA),  we'll explore the old streets of Bari Vecchia, we'll try all the local Barese street foods before having aperitivos on a sunset viewpoint. Tonight, we'll see where the wind takes us. 

Day two you'll wake up to a beautifully prepared breakfast in your luxury villa. Feel free to have a swim and enjoy the sun before we head off for a day trip to the iconic Polignano a Mare. We'll explore this beautiful town by tuk-tuk before grabbing a gelato and heading to the famous beach for the day. For dinner we'll grab delicious pizzas to eat on the beach while the sun sets. 

Day three: Today we pack up and head to the stunning, whitewashed city of Ostuni. We have a SUPER special day at a local Masseria where we'll enjoy an incredible lunch in a beautifully scenic vineyard. By night, we'll watch the epic sunset in Borgo Antico Historico, hit the bars and see where the night takes us! Ostuni at nighttime is particularly magical. 

Day four we'll start the day in chilled fashion. You're free to explore the town before we enjoy a gorgeous cooking class. After lunch, we'll pack our beach bags and hit one of Ostuni's coolest beach clubs to eat, swim, chill and drink until your heart is content. Try out some SUPing or a kayak if you want some adventure in your day! 

Day five we're starting off strong with a boat excursion from San Vito where we'll hopefully spot some dolphins! We'll spend the day stopping off for swimming, exploring the many caves along the coast as well as enjoy snacks and drinks. Once we're back on land we'll be heading out for a boujee dinner in one of my favourite ever restaurants. 

Day six: We're dipping across to the other side of the 'heel of Italy's boot' in Puglia, to Gallipoli. We'll head to Gallipoli's old town for a day of exploration and then head to one of their beautiful beach clubs! Tonight we go for dinner and party, it is Friday after all.  

Day seven: Any hangovers will be cured with a day trip to the Caribbean of Italy, Porto Cesareo. Here we'll be jumping on a catamaran to explore the stunning turquoise waters, and go swimming or snorkelling. By night we'll share our last limoncello shots together, watch one last sunset and bid farewell to our new friends. 

Day eight: we'll be checking out of our accommodation and getting our respective transfers to either Brindisi or Bari airports which are both a short distance away.
