Deposit: A $200.00 per person deposit will be required to reserve your slot.   

The total Package Price is Per Person. Payment plan:  You'll be enrolled in a 10-month flexible payment plan. Use the listed payments as a guide to stay up-to-date. Feel free to make as many payments, large or small, within the 10 months.  

Final Payment: Due February 17, 2026. No exceptions will be allowed.

Life Happens. Last-minute conflicts arise. The unknown is a reality. Protect your sanity and your investment. 

Covid19 has taught us that "anything can happen." Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international vacation packages. Protect your investment. Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation, or a family emergency arises. We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should), most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit.  If you choose not to purchase insurance, a form will be emailed to you to sign and confirm if you understand the importance of purchasing travel insurance and that you are declining the offer for insurance that was presented to you. If you have questions after purchasing, a contact number will be provided for you to speak to an insurance agent.

Please read your package details carefully. 

1.  Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport!  

2.  The payment schedule is a guide for you to make payments. 

3.  Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making payments.  

4.  You can log onto Wetravel 24 hours after deposit payment to review your account. Name corrections or changes must be made through Jamaica Urban Fest. Name corrections after deposit payment may incur a $50 change fee per person. If you change any names on your reservation, you will be charged a fee of $50.  At least one original passenger's name must remain on the reservation. If both original passenger names are removed, this will result in a cancellation as bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Your account's final payment deadline is February 17, 2026. Changes are not allowed after April 30, 2026.

6. A $200 incidental authorization hold is required upon check-in via debit or credit card.

Standard Credit Card Processing Fee

All credit card payments will incur a standard 2.9% + $.30 transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% + $.30 for AMEX plus 1% to WeTravel for processing.   

FAQ's

1. What if I need to cancel? This is a prepacked vacation package that is non-refundable and non-transferable. We highly recommend everyone gets travel insurance to protect their travel plans.

2. What happens if my roommate cancels? You will have 2 options: to change to single occupancy or find a new roommate.

3. Do I need to be on a payment plan? If you don't pay for your trip in full, the payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.

4. Can my roommate and I book separately? Yes, but they will have 5 days from when the initial person books their room reservation to book.

5. Are flights included? No, we do not offer flights within our package.  

6. Shuttle service is provided from the hotel to all Jamaica Urban Fest events.

7. Airport/Hotel transfers? Attendees who select the offered transfer service will receive airport transfers to and from the hotel as long as flight information is provided.

Please Send Flight Details

Once you have purchased your flights, please ensure you forward a copy of the itinerary to Jamaica Urban Fest 30 days before departure. When purchasing flights, you should plan to arrive in Montego Bay, Jamaica (airport code: MBJ) on June 18, 2026 (preferably before 2 pm), and your departure flight should be scheduled for June 22, 2026. 

Passport Rules

A valid Passport will be required to travel to/from Jamaica. As a rule, Passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel. Your passport expiration date must be after  December 22, 2026.
