Celebrate the raw wildness of life by reconnecting with and reclaiming your true, limitless self. With the 5Rhythms® as our guide, we will venture off the beaten path, dancing back into being all that has been lost or stolen, boldly accessing the profound edges of our own instinct and intuition in order to bring to life our deepest yearnings. 

Taos, NM is the perfect place to explore the wild territory within this New Years.  We will start on Friday the 28th slipping into our own skins, and end New Years Day reclaiming our inner spirit.   

This workshop is active with movement being the base of your work.  We work with the premise that your body holds a lot of wisdom, and our job is to access it by surrendering the mind to motion.

This workshop does not allow a lot of time to visit Taos and the surrounds, so we recommend adding on a few days to enjoy the natural world, and world famous art.
