The Farmhouse is situated in the majestic surroundings of Hudson Valley and houses a spacious yoga studio offering endless views of forest and rolling hills.

Prepare to enjoy farm-to-fork meals courtesy of our private chef and to relax in the outdoor sauna and plunge pool. You will also find the fire pit and Adirondack chairs perfect for making s'mores and star gazing after a full day of activities including a guided hike at Mohonk Preserve. 

Revitalize your mind, body and spirit with daily invigorating OpekaFit workouts which include HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) and yoga for individuals who desire to be more functional, flexible and fit.
