Join us over Memorial Day weekend for a rejuvenating four-day, three-night yoga retreat in the gorgeous Hudson River Valley, where you’ll find the space to power up, reconnect, and rest.


Led by Matthew Shaw and Meghan Hunter, this retreat offers twice-daily yoga sessions, including dynamic vinyasa flows, restorative practices, calming yoga nidra, and immersive workshops designed to deepen your practice.


Enjoy nourishing meals prepared by a private chef, take a refreshing dip in a natural cold plunge, or relax in the sauna and saltwater pool. Whether you're hitting the hiking trails, playing tennis or pickleball, or unwinding by the fire, there’s something for everyone. Cozy up with a book in one of the house's charming nooks, or simply relax in a hammock and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

About your hosts

Matthew & Meghan have been friends and colleagues for years, and are thrilled to be collaborating on their first retreat together! They met while completing their 500-hour advanced yoga teacher training with Jason Crandell in 2021.


Matthew came to yoga teaching after a fulfilling career as a professional opera singer. He was already a long-time yoga practitioner when he started teaching in 2018, and as both a student and a teacher, he found that yoga helped him to find more mental tranquility while also becoming stronger in his body. Matthew’s offerings combine the physicality and athleticism of a strong, breath-focused vinyasa flow, along with the powerful mental benefits of mindfulness and introspection. Meghan has spent the last 14 years, teaching yoga extensively in public schools, hospital settings, yoga studios, internationally and privately. Her teaching combines the best of both modern science and ancient wisdom with a strong emphasis on balanced sequencing. Through the lens of yoga, Meghan offers both, movement & stillness based practices designed to help students cultivate greater awareness, autonomy, connection and appreciation. Travel to the retreat

Our stunning venue is just a scenic drive away -  3.5 hours from Philadelphia, 2 hours from New York City,  3.5 hours from Boston, and 6.5 hours from Midcoast Maine.


The estate is nestled in the Hudson River Valley in Wawarsing, New York. 

Choosing your room (PLEASE READ😀)

We offer several accommodation options to fit your budget, and payment plans are available.


Each of the beautiful bedrooms at our venue comes with its own private bathroom, either ensuite (located within the room) or designated (assigned exclusively to you, just steps away from your room).

We offer three types of accommodations:

  • Single occupancy

  • Single occupancy + ensuite

  • Double occupancy

  • Double occupancy + ensuite

  • Triple occupancy

  • Deluxe Suite

Cancellation policy

Please note: Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable. 

Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance as all payments are non refundable. 

Exceptions cannot be made for any reason. Thanks so much for your understanding.

4-Day Estate Access

Enjoy exclusive access (Friday afternoon through Monday morning) to the entire 64-acre estate and its amenities, ensuring a truly immersive and relaxing retreat experience.

Twice-Daily Yoga

Morning dynamic vinyasa flow, late afternoon restorative practice/slow flow/yoga nidra. Two sessions on Saturday and Sunday, one session each on Friday evening and Monday morning

Arrival Day 😀

CHECK-IN TIME IS 4pm, so feel free to arrive any time after that  - we'll be ready to welcome you and show you to your amazing room! Enjoy free time exploring the grounds, jumping in the pool, or taking a quick sauna session!


6pm • Welcome Practice 

Matthew and Meghan will co-lead a class to bring us all together for the first time! It''ll be a short slow flow to help you shake off the travel (think: hip openers, shoulder stretches, and grounding breathwork). 


7:30pm • Dinner

We'll share our first amazing meal together, get to know each other, and celebrate the beginning of an extraordinary weekend in the Hudson Valley!

Yoga, relaxation, fun, amazing food, and great friends

Light Breakfast • from 6:30am 


Morning Practice • 8:30 to 10am

A well-rounded, energetic flow during which you'll deepen your physical practice of hip openers, backbends, standing poses, arm balances, and inversions, while also incorporating meditation and pranayama. 


Brunch • 10:00 to 11:30am


FREE TIME • 11:30am to 4:30pm

The estate is yours! Enjoy all it has to offer, including the bikes, tennis court, rope swings, and of course, the dreamy salt-water pool!


Want to chill? Grab a hammock, find one of the many cosy reading nooks in the villas, or indulge in a massage.


Optional Worksop • 4:30 to 5:30pm

Join us to deep-dive into arm balances.


Slow Flow / Restorative Practice • 5:30pm to 6:30pm

A slow, quiet practice, with longer-held postures, breathwork, and concluding with Yoga Nidra.


Dinner • 7:30pm

Optional Worksop • 4:30 to 5:30pm

Always wanted to get upside down, but were afraid to do it by yourself? Matthew and Meghan got you! We'll break down Forearm Balance and Handstand and support you through every step of the way.


Slow Flow / Restorative Practice • 5:30pm to 6:30pm

We'll go deeper into restorative postures to help you find even more quiet within, all while creating balance and mobility throughout your whole body.


Dinner • 7:30pm


We conclude the night gathered around the fire pit, and even partaking in a friendly round of billiards!

About your organizer

Matthew (E-RYT 500) came to yoga teaching after a fulfilling career as a professional opera singer.
