Led by Matthew Shaw and Meghan Hunter, this retreat offers twice-daily yoga sessions, including dynamic vinyasa flows, restorative practices, calming yoga nidra, and immersive workshops designed to deepen your practice.

Whether you're hitting the hiking trails, playing tennis or pickleball, or unwinding by the fire, there’s something for everyone. Matthew & Meghan have been friends and colleagues for years, and are thrilled to be collaborating on their first retreat together! They met while completing their 500-hour advanced yoga teacher training with Jason Crandell in 2021.
Matthew came to yoga teaching after a fulfilling career as a professional opera singer. He was already a long-time yoga practitioner when he started teaching in 2018, and as both a student and a teacher, he found that yoga helped him to find more mental tranquility while also becoming stronger in his body. Matthew’s offerings combine the physicality and athleticism of a strong, breath-focused vinyasa flow, along with the powerful mental benefits of mindfulness and introspection. Meghan has spent the last 14 years, teaching yoga extensively in public schools, hospital settings, yoga studios, internationally and privately. Her teaching combines the best of both modern science and ancient wisdom with a strong emphasis on balanced sequencing. Through the lens of yoga, Meghan offers both, movement & stillness based practices designed to help students cultivate greater awareness, autonomy, connection and appreciation. Our stunning venue is just a scenic drive away - 3.5 hours from Philadelphia, 2 hours from New York City, 3.5 hours from Boston, and 6.5 hours from Midcoast Maine.
The estate is nestled in the Hudson River Valley in Wawarsing, New York.

Each of the beautiful bedrooms at our venue comes with its own private bathroom, either ensuite (located within the room) or designated (assigned exclusively to you, just steps away from your room).

Matthew and Meghan will co-lead a class to bring us all together for the first time! It''ll be a short slow flow to help you shake off the travel (think: hip openers, shoulder stretches, and grounding breathwork).
7:30pm • Dinner
We'll share our first amazing meal together, get to know each other, and celebrate the beginning of an extraordinary weekend in the Hudson Valley!

A well-rounded, energetic flow during which you'll deepen your physical practice of hip openers, backbends, standing poses, arm balances, and inversions, while also incorporating meditation and pranayama.
Brunch • 10:00 to 11:30am
FREE TIME • 11:30am to 4:30pm
The estate is yours! Enjoy all it has to offer, including the bikes, tennis court, rope swings, and of course, the dreamy salt-water pool!

We'll go deeper into restorative postures to help you find even more quiet within, all while creating balance and mobility throughout your whole body.
Dinner • 7:30pm
We conclude the night gathered around the fire pit, and even partaking in a friendly round of billiards!
We'll round out our incredible weekend by squeezing in one more rejuvenating practice and sharing our final meal together!
