The holy week is a reflective period conducive to meditation. Connect with these energies through breathing exercises, meditation techniques and yoga practice (asanas) in the middle of the Mayan jungle.

The teacher, Ricardo Casavoz, of the mountains of Tepoztlán will guide this retreat open to all. Born in the Mexican jungle, Ricardo’s creative vision and virgo spirit helped him translate his love for nature into this vibrant healing centre in the mountains of Tepoztlan: Amate Camp.


Find him his unique ASHATHA yoga practice. A fusion between ashtanga and hatha, carefully crafted after more than 800YYT in diverse trainings, with a deep emphasis on Pranayama and Meditation, allowing you to consciously move and connect with every inch of your body. Ricardo’s intention is to empower your spirit to elevate your energy and transform your own reality.

We will be hosted by Posada del Agua y Fuego, a family run holistic hotel who care about the local community and give back to nature. There is a beautiful natural pool and chill out area as well as a private cenote (a natural underground reservoir of water, sacred to the Mayans)

Transportation

Each participant is responsible for their transportation.

2.5 hours from Cancun Airport with ADO to Tulum.
