7:30pm Load bus in High School parking lot
8pm Depart High School and travel to Orlando, FL (Approx 9 hours plus stops; driver change will occur in Clanton, AL rest stop area. Driver will make additional restroom/coffee stops overnight; group leader can arrange with driver if there are preferred rest stop areas)
7:30am Approximate arrival at Turkey Lake Rest Stop to change and freshen up
8:30am Arrive at the Largest McDonald’s located on the corner of International Drive and Sandlake Road where you will be met by UR Tours & Events Representative. At this time you will receive your drawstring bag that fits in the free lockers of Universal Orlando and a lanyard with your admission ticket and meal vouchers for today.
Depart to Universal Orlando Resort where you will enjoy BOTH Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida
Dining Card provided for dinner
Park Closing Depart to your Orlando Area hotel where you will be checked into your rooms by UR Tours & Events Representative. At this time, chaperones will receive copies of the rooming list with room number assignment.

Park Closes - Depart for home (approximate 9hr drive plus stops). On the way out stop at the Turkey Lake rest stop to change and prepare for bus ride home.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Terms of payment are with a cashier’s check, money order, personal check or credit cards. Personal checks will not be accepted within 30 days of your travel date.
**Amounts vary based on actual package price. Students will be accommodated in quad occupancy and Adults in Double occupancy. UR Tours does not do room assignments. Room assignments are made by the group leader. UR Tours and Events is not responsible for, nor does it accept, any cash payments. Reservations and late payments received after the final payment deadline date require immediate payment in full and MUST include a 3% late booking/payment fee. UR Tours and Events will charge the participant $45.00 for any and all returned checks.
Written notice of all cancellations and name changes must be received in writing via email. Changes and cancellations made via phone will not be accepted. Cancellation and change fees are based on receipt of written notice on date/time within business hours.
Cancellation fees do not represent any non recoverable online payment processing and/or convenience fees.
