Today after breakfast we will take a serene drive through the Olympic National Park. Unfortunately, the Hurricane Ridge visitors center burned down last month, so we will not be able to access the vista as planned. However, we will still be able to enjoy the beauty of the area as we make our way to Port Townsend and prepare to board the Chinook for our first of 3 days aboard the sight-seeing yacht. Tonight we will have a tour kick-off dinner at Downriggers in Friday Harbor.

Today we will have breakfast aboard the Chinook and tour Roche Harbor. For lunch we will enjoy a fresh cracked crab feast while enjoying the whale, wildlife and natural beauty of the San Juan Islands. Tonight you will be free to enjoy Friday Harbor on your own.

After a wonderful breakfast aboard the Chinook, we will take a nature walk on Sucia Island and enjoy a freshly-made picnic lunch.  Later we will disembark from the Chinook and start making our way to Seattle. On the way to the luxurious Farimont Olympic hotel, we will stop for a private dinner of fine food at Lombardi's Restaurant in Everett.

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel we will head out to enjoy some of the iconic sights of the Emerald City. We will visit the Space Needle and the incredible Chihuly Gardens. We'll spend some time at Pikes Place Market and the surrounding district for a free afternoon. Later we will enjoy the Great Wheel for spectacular views of the city and Puget Sound. Tonight we will enjoy a final dinner together at the Salt District on the wharf.

This morning after breakfast at the hotel, we will make our way to the Amtrak Station for our train trip back home. Be sure to stop in Portland for your car, if you parked at Union Station or in Salem, if you started this adventure there.
