Travel Insurance is highly recommended for all international yoga retreats. As we all know, especially as travelers, “life happens.” Whether it’s family, work, mother nature, or a change of heart, it is important to be prepared in case you need to unexpectedly change your travel plans. In addition to refunding your trip fees, it can also include medical evacuation coverage, medical expense coverage (remember that your USA based health insurance will not apply out side of USA) and reimbursement for lost, damaged or stolen luggage and personal effects. 

Travel insurance that includes medical coverage is mandatory. We suggest that you include “cancel for any reason”  your policy. We recommend purchasing insurance within 1-2 weeks after making your first trip payment (ie. flight or retreat reservation) to secure the best price and best coverage.

Cancelation Policy

If you or any member of your party, cancel your arrangements at any time, written notification from the person who made the booking must be received by email at Tiffany.calhoun11@gmail.com If you must cancel your retreat, the required deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. 25% refund, less deposit, will be given if cancellation is made 30 days or more before your retreat start date.  Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are forfeited. Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.  

Welcome to you sanctuary for the next 2 nights! Evening 1 we relax in with a welcome circle and a beautiful welcome dinner. As we move into the evening hours we will gather for a beautiful somatic transformational breathwork  lead by Tiffany and supported by breath Angels Sharelle & Sharon. The evening commences with a sacred Cacao Ceremony and, relaxing by the fire pit or in the hot tub.

 We will begin our day with an exploratory somatic and restorative yoga session to continue to release anything in the body that’s asking to be released from the self discovery of the breathwork.

Mid day we will go for a scenic hike in the mountains and relax in a mineral rich hot spring hot tub next to the French Broad River. 

Then in the evening, together we will sit in an intentional microdose sound healing ceremony, for a journey back to your most loving self. Hot tub and fire pit will be open for sisterhood and self connection. 

Day 3 will be all about gentle integration and luxury, together we will craft a take home bath salt to remember the I Am Her vibration through our sense of touch and smell. 

A Goddess Photoshoot is available to all and Goddess Brunch will be our farewell before the journey home.
