Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours after time/date of registration, after the 48 hour timeframe your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

Full payment or Final payment for this trip will need to be completed on or before October 31st 2025. Your final payment is NON-REFUNDABLE upon it's due date of October 31st 2025. If you cancel your trip at any time after the 1st payment has been made you will need to file a claim with your insurance provider to reclaim any funds paid towards your trip.

• November 29th - Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi (MAA Hotel and Suites)

• November 30th - Day 2: R&R from the travel (meet Nairobi friends for a little sightseeing) - Also have the opportunity to design your own Ankara clothing - custom tailored from fabrics of your choosing

• December 1st & 2nd - Days 3 & 4: We set off for the Maasai Mara for our 2-day safari (pickup time is between 5:30 and 6am on the 1st, we return to our accommodations late afternoon on the 2nd)

• December 3rd - Day 5: Possible shopping in the morning before heading to the airport to fly to Dar es Salaam. Rest upon arrival • Accommodation options in Dar Es Salaam • Golden Tulip Dar City Center • Lavender Seaview Apartment (3 bdrm/2 bth) • 

• December 4th - Day 6: R&R/Free roam

• December 5th - Day 7: Explore Dar es Salaam (guided) - city tour, historical sites, beaches, restaurants, and nightlife

• December 6th - Day 8: Head to airport for final destination: Zanzibar (Shanuo Beach Bungalows)

• December 7th - Day 9: Hit the ground running with a visit to Prison Island and Nakupenda (sand bar where a feast will be had!)

• December 8th - Day 10: Stone Town walking tour (will try to work in a visit to my guide’s home to meet his wife and learn some Tanzanian recipes)

• December 9th - Day 11: We head out to swim with the sea turtles at Baraka. R&R afterward until dinner. We will be having dinner at The Rock Restaurant

• December 10th: We say good-bye to Mother Africa and head home
