• View the outside of the church at Jerónimos Monastery, built to honor voyagers.
• Transfer to the bustling Time Out Market for a walk among its stalls and to enjoy free time for lunch.

As we travel through the unspoiled countryside of Portugal en route to Spain, before crossing the border, we will stop in the charming city of Évora to follow a local guide through medieval streets, to the stunning Church of St. Francis, known as the eerie "Chapel of Bones".

Later, arrive in Seville, a city brimming with traditional Spanish charm, and sit down together with the group for dinner.

Leave Seville and make your way to Madrid, stopping en route to discover some of the flavors and history of the Andalusia region.

• Dive into an olive oil adventure! Explore lush olive groves, discover the secrets of the mills, and savor the flavors of the cellars with a local guide.
• Indulge in a unique treat: try orange-infused olive oil drizzled over creamy chocolate gelato.
• Enjoy free time to shop.
• Stop in the town of Córdoba, which was once home to 700 mosques, 900 public baths, and 70 libraries. It boasts a fascinating blend of Moorish and Christian influences.
• Enter the Mezquita, a UNESCO World Heritage site built in the eighth century as a mosque and then transformed into a cathedral during the Christian Reconquista of 1236.

Later, board a high-speed train and arrive in Madrid this afternoon.
