About this trip

I have used this agency for my groups, budget trips and quick getaways.  I am now planning my vacations abroad post Covid and I am looking forward to it. Thank you  MTC. All of my experiences and deals have exceeded my expectations 

Thank you for an enjoyable Spring Break 2024 Dubai experience. It was an amazing trip, starting with the hotel, activities, and the group. This was my first adventure with the group.  I enjoyed every minute of the relationship-building, sightseeing of the city, shopping at Dubai Mall, restaurants, and yacht.  Dubai was on my bucket list. Thanks for your help in making the trip outstanding and memorable.

This was an EPIC experience. The accommodations were 5 star, literally. The Address Downtown Hotel was in the perfect location at the Dubai Mall. It was in the center of all the nightly activities during Ramadan. That breakfast buffet was one of a kind with so many choices that it was overwhelming in a good way. The activities and events were top notch. Enjoyed the Desert Safari camel ride and sand dunes ride.  The group on this adventure were amazing people and I would do it all over again with them. 

How do you top this adventure????? Let's do it again!!!!

This trip was by far the best one yet from Moe’s Travel Connections! Where do I began? The hotel was beautiful and breathtaking, especially at night. It was centrally located in the heart of Dubai featuring the city’s famous architecture and attractions. Each excursion was exhilarating and met all of our expectations of tourism in Dubai. I’m home recovering from a great trip thanks to Moe and her team along with our trip host. You guys Rock! 

I  did have a planned  trip,,to California...    Unfortunately,, we didn't  make the trip,  because  I had  an Anxiety  attack!  So we were not able  to take the trip!

We had a wonderful vacation. Everything went smoothly, could not be any better. Did not know that they also want you to do some sort of Time-Sharing presentation, that could have been more upfront.

But overall a wonderful experience!!!

What a great time I had hanging with friends, old and new from start to finished! Bus ride, fish fry, and crabs feast was amazing. I can't say enough on how much I enjoyed myself. The traveling and events with Pepper have been awesome she never disappoints!!!

This trip provided great hotel accommodations to relax in the rain forest. The tour that was chosen was very informational, and the spa was one of the best experiences I’ve had. 

This is by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!  The locale was breathtaking, the food was fabulous and the accommodations were excellent!  Every member of the staff was attentive and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed the experience!  Definitely want to do this trip again!

Spring Break Grand Palladium Resort Spa &Casino Punta Cana

Dreams Onyx was a great resort with good customer service and food.  Special thanks to Moe for another epic trip.  Thank you sooo much for booking my birthday trip!!!  It relieved me of the stress of coordinating travel for my family and friends😊.  The resort did not honor two of the requests for double rooms; however, the front desk acknowledged the request but were out of double rooms upon their arrival.  Regardless, it was booked but not honored (held as booked) by the resort.  From my understanding, they made the best of it.  I would recommend this resort to families because it’s definitely family-oriented.  Being able to access amenities at Breathless (adults only) was a huge plus for us wanting a more lively scene!!! Punta Cana, D.R. is definitely a place I would return to for relaxation and leisure.  This was my 4th trip with Moe’s Connections and I plan to go on at least one per year.  If you are a person who loves to solo travel by joining groups, I HIGHLY recommend Moe’s Connections.  It is affordable & solo-friendly.  I’ve met a lot really great people through the years who I continue to communicate and travel with dating back to 2018.  Again, thanks for another memorable trip!!!

Hi I Apologize that your experience booking with Moes Travel Connections  was not a good one.  You said you didn’t receive any discounts. Our room rate was lower than any online booking when we started the trip. We wanted to add the Airfare to the package but they wanted $1200 per person for a group rate so We agreed that was too high. We put in for double beds and like all hotels tell us  it’s not guaranteed. This was a family resort during Spring Break, so the Hotel  decided not to honor the two bed request. I sent a Travel agent on site to work out any problems that may occur. I talked to the Staff Member  I sent on site and Latanya to see if there was anything  else that 
Could’ve been done to make our guess comfortable. The report that l received is that everyone was having a great time.,Despite not having 
 .two double beds. If we had any idea that you where not happy or Satisfied The staff member l paid to be there to oversee this group would of did all that could  have been done to make things right. We wish you only the best on your next vacation. 

The trip was ok, but I'm just not sure why this travel agent was actually needed because we didn't get any discounts on the room, no promotions were included and no flights were arranged. No one who wanted double beds received them, but they had the option to choose on the hotel's site. We would've had a better experience booking direct or using a different agency. I've stayed at other AMR collection properties and had a much better experience.



Updated after Moe's comment:  There's no way we got a discount that was of substance, unless the rooms weren't booked until 2023, because I checked the rates directly from the hotel when I received the invite in October 2022 and they were about the same as booking direct. Who is this "staff member" that you are referring to?  There was no one from your agency or acting as a representative on your behalf who EVER came to our group to introduce themselves in that capacity. Did the "discount" provide this person with a free room, because so many rooms were booked? Also if the rooms were booked at a reasonable time, it wouldn't have mattered if it was Spring Break or not, because the reservation would have already been in place. We ALL complained to LaTanya the very first night about the accommodations, but after paying all that money, we made the best of the situation. LaTanya was not acting as our agent, as far as we were concerned this trip was to help celebrate her birthday and we did not want to spoil hers. The resort itself was beautiful and the access to Breathless was great for adult fun. Still, this is not about the room. My main issue has always been, what was the purpose of using your company when you didn't offer any kind of benefits? And that is why I provided a low rating. LaTanya paid for our transfers out of her own pocket (which I am grateful for), we had to book our own flights, and find our own insurance (if we wanted). The possibility of airfare wasn't even looked at until 3 months AFTER the trip was put together. Perhaps you should partner with a travel agency/booking company that is in the US, because that one that you used in the UK did absolutely nothing for us. AMR Collection hotels (as well as most all inclusive resorts) offer booking options right on their site that include flights no matter how many people are traveling. We would have just been better off booking ourselves.

AMAZING!!! We had a great time from time of arrival until time of departure. Everything went smooth & easy, Moe’s Travel did they BIG ONE! Highly recommend booking. Thank You Again!

We had an amazing time. Booking and paying for the trip was a smooth transaction from start to end.  LaTanya with Destinations and more selected a great resort for this vacation. The staff at the resort were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. The resort was beautiful and very clean throughout. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. This was my first time using Moe’s Travel Agency. Overall the experience was great! Leading up to the trip, I had no problem getting in touch with anyone if I had questions.  The agency coordinated transportation from the airport to the hotel, which made the process very smooth and safe.  One of the staff members flew to Punta Cana to personally ensure we all made it there and flew right back home (which I thought was a nice touch).   They could not have picked a better hotel - it was nice, clean, well stocked and the staff made sure everything was taken care of.  Great trip!
