Before dinner it's time for your Cooking class. Enjoy and learn the tricks of preparing typical Milanese fare and traditional Italian cuisine, enjoy a unique pasta making class in Milan led by an experienced charismatic chef. The tour starts exploring Milan’s fascinating culinary scene visiting the city’s bottegas, crammed with fresh produce and local specialties. Led by your chef you will browse, learn about the local specialties and traditional food heritage, and liaise with the vendors, butchers and bakers as you pick out the best, tastiest ingredients to prepare your meal. Groceries in hand take a short walk to our cooking school, a brand-new stylish facility in the heart of town. Aprons on, following your chef's skilled instructions and learn how to prepare exquisite traditional dishes: cheese fondue, ragout, fresh hand-rolled pasta and dessert, too. Take a break to savor a selection our premium  wines and local specialty cheeses. After the breakfast it's time to move to Lake Como by private minivan with English speaking driver. After today's breakfast set off on a beautiful private motor-boat ride on Lake Como. Admire the lake as you cruise from Como to Bellagio accompanied by your English speaking guide.

This tour will give you the possibility to view the most beautiful spots on Lake Como: Blevio and its beautiful villas; Villa Pliniana, one of the oldest villas on lake Como; the villages of Faggeto Lario, and Careno; then Nesso, probably one of the most romantic spots on the lake with its typical fishing village; Bellagio, with the beautiful Villa Melzi and Villa Serbelloni; and Tremezzo, with its charming villa Carlotta. On the way back you'll admire Villa Balbianello, set of famous movies such as James Bond and Star Wars. After the breakfast, private transfer to the railway station of Tirano to take the Bernina Express train to St. Moritz  through splendid scenery. On the highest railway across the Alps, the Bernina Express climbs up to the glistening glaciers before descending to the palms of Italy far below. The railway is unique, blending ideally with the alpine landscapes around the Albula and Bernina Passes. The train negotiates the 55 tunnels, 196 bridges and inclines of up to 70 per mille with ease. At the highest point , 2,253 metres above sea level, you will find the Ospizio Bernina. In the afternoon private motor-boat ride to the three Borromean Islands of Lake Maggiore that are a must-see in Italy. Today's guided tour offers you the opportunity to admire Isola Madre, which houses one of the most ancient Italian botanical gardens;  Isola Bella, where you can admire the sumptuous Borromean palace; and Isola dei Pescatori, the only island inhabited throughout the year.

The tour includes a transfer by public boat to Isola Bella, a guided tour of the baroque Palace and gardens, time to see the little village and then a transfer to Isola dei Pescatori before continuing to Isola Madre with a visit to the English Gardens and the Renaissance Palace.

After the breakfast, private transfer for the visit of the Zoo Garden of Parco Pallavicino, English speaking guide for one hour inside the garden will tell you about the history and highlights,  introduce to the main attraction points that you can enjoy by yourself.

The villa's garden is famous for its fauna (zoo) as above all for the over 50 species are living here: zebras, kangaroos, coatis, sarus cranes and flamingos. There is the space devised to enable visitors to experience unique direct contact with animals: the Farm. Here Tibetan and Saltasasso goats, sheep, llamas, alpacas and fallow deer roam free and are happy to be petted by visitors, particularly children. The administrators were keen to create this area to make a genuine, playful but also educational meeting possible, with respect and trust between humans and animals.

The garden is unmissable, with its rose garden with a thousand colours and flower beds with ever new blooming specimens throughout the summer. It is a colourful corner that has undergone numerous interventions over the decades thanks to the work of the team of gardeners. The today's layout of the garden is from the 1950s, although the original design of the parterre of flowerbeds, fountains and greenhouses dates back to the late 19th century. The rose garden, which blossoms in all its beauty in the month of May and offers visitors a range of colours and perfumes, is from the mid-20th century. The arcades of jasmine and wisteria that weave around the garden are typical of the garden architecture of the 1950s.

Flowering: in April tulips and violets are the protagonists of the garden, making way in May for the roses to burst into bloom. From June to September, hibiscus, begonias, taros with green and red leaves, brugmansias, sages, dahlias, cleomes and zinnias are just some of the flowers that take turns in blooming, inviting visitors to return again and again to admire them all. The great wonder of this park is its trees: centuries-old chestnuts and giant liriodendrons – among the oldest in Italy -, red beeches, maples, larches, ginkgo bilobas, redwoods and magnolias. Along the sides of the avenues, camellias, hydrangeas and rhododendrons colour the panoramas of the park. At the end of the visit private transfer to your hotel.
