PAYMENT INFORMATION To reserve services, a non-refundable deposit is required. 

DEPOSIT PER PERSON

$150.00 - Deposits and payments are NOT refundable. We highly recommend travel insurance.

Please note that if the minimum deposit is not made by the date mentioned above, this quote will be null and void, and a new quote will be required.

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT: At times, further deposits may be required for your arrangements, and this information may be provided after the initial quote or confirmation. If applicable, we will notify you as soon as we are informed by the supplier.

FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure.

Electronic travel documents are sent approximately 14 days prior to departure.

The above are our regular final payment terms; however, specific arrangements may require the balance of payment to be made earlier.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your vacation, Travel Advisor charges a non-refundable fee of $100.00. Please continue reading. CANCELLATIONS A cancellation is defined as the voluntary termination of an entire trip and is requested BEFORE the original travel date. Tour packages are entirely non-refundable.

INSURANCE Travel insurance is highly recommended. Travel insurance is optional.
