Join Sam Kalawart and Kelly Smith for a weekend retreat to help you ignite your intuition! Over the weekend Kelly and Sam will join forces to bring you a weekend of intuitive eating, a chakra workshop, and daily mindful movement, meditation, and energy healing. Not to mention DELICIOUS and nourishing meals created to help balance you from the inside out. 


Over the course of this weekend Sam will be leading the group through energy healing, intuitive eating, and create balanced and nourishing plant based meals that are designed to balance your unique energy centers. While Kelly will balance you out physically with gentle yoga practices, meditations, intuitive discovery and hands on energy work. 


Make yourself the priority, and discover that spark that resides within you. This weekend get away is designed to balance you from the inside out, ignite your intuition, and leave you feeling restores, renewed, and revitalized!


Stay with a group of like-minded women in a luxurious home located less than .5 miles away from the beach in South Haven, MI. Accommodations, meals, and all classes/workshops are included AND get a free private session with Sam or Kelly during your weekend to personalize your experience and get the most out of your weekend.

Such an amazing and informative experience learning about Yoga Nidra! I personally engage really well with Kelly's style of teaching which included a mix of both lecture and self-experience in addition to lively discussion! Kelly was very thoughtful to consider the location of the studio for the safety of the group and gifted small bags of goodies which were such a nice treat. I felt empowered to create my own yoga nidra scripts and teach a class of my own.
