A day to slow down, rest and reset. Enjoy a sunrise yoga flow followed by a delicious wholesome breakfast and free time to enjoy the pool, soak up the sun and the serene waves of the beach. After lunch, we'll come together for a restorative sunset practice with sound healing. Dive deep into understanding your unique design with an insightful workshop led by our special guest facilitator Sarah Berjaoui, Human Design and Gene Keys Coach. Ending the night in the best way possible, we'll celebrate our feminine nature with an authentic Greek cooking workshop and dinner. 

An early morning rise to get our bodies moving,  followed by a wholesome breakfast before we set sail to explore Kéa Island by sea. Expect a day of serenity and bliss, scavenger hunts, snorkeling, beach hopping, and visiting ancient sites on the coast of Kéa.

Early morning rise with a yoga flow followed by breakfast and guided journaling. On this day we Illuminate by tapping into our creativity. Enjoy some free time and reflection, followed by an art therapy workshop before we make our way to discover the ancient town of Kéa for lunch and shopping. Returning back just before sunset for a rooftop practice, ending the night with a delicious home-made dinner

A day of mindful grounding practices to embody our journey, after a morning yoga flow and breakfast, we'll set off to explore the island by foot, visiting Kea's archaeological sites of Ancient Karthea, the Doric Temple of Athena and the archaic Temple of Pythion Apollo, to get a glimpse of Ancient Greek civilization as we embrace the beauty of our last sunset together. Ending the day with a sacred women's circle followed by an elegant evening dining at a nearby hot spot
