If you miss a class, you receive the recording to do your practice and experience at a time that is convenient for you.
Each week is dedicated to a specific element for the yoga practice. This process leads to a good foundation (earth), to a harmonious flow (water), to a vital healthy rhythm (fire), and to a clear mind and breath (air).
You will learn about the lunar cycles, their influence and how to benefit from these cycles along your journey.
Also, you will receive teachings based on the five elements and how to map your journey using sacred geometry, creativity, project development, visualization, ....
The Vortex Meditation is a meditation in movement based on qigong and other ways to heal and to bring vitality into your life.
It is a harmonious experience that leads you to reconnect with your true nature, releasing stress, awakening inner gifts and manifesting your vision.

With three decades of experience worldwide in holistic healing, therapies, coaching modalities and diverse ancestral ceremonies_ she is a pioneer and expert in leading people to release attachments and to access their true nature_ honoring life's constant evolution.

Her expertise is in balancing and transcending the five elements and five bodies, supporting people to connect with their inner gifts and to manifest their inspirations.
