Join Root Retreats and Ella Rose Howes for seven days together in Ubud, Bali, exploring the seven chakras through movement, workshops, creativity, ritual, adventure and connection.

Each day will take us through a different energy centre, moving from Root to Crown and exploring themes of grounding, pleasure, confidence, love, expression, intuition and connection. Expect yoga and meditation, journaling circles, waterfall adventures, art, ATV riding, a traditional Balinese water purification ceremony, spa rituals, cacao, kirtan, ecstatic dance and plenty of time to simply enjoy being in Ubud.

We’ll be staying together in a beautiful luxury villa surrounded by the Ubud jungle, sharing nourishing meals, slow mornings, meaningful conversations and lots of downtime in between.

This isn’t about becoming a different version of yourself. It’s seven days to explore, play, reflect, connect and experience every part of who you already are.

Over seven days, we’ll journey through each of the seven chakras, with every day taking on a different theme and intention. The workshops, movement, experiences and rituals have been thoughtfully chosen to bring each theme to life beyond the pages of your workbook.

We’ll begin at the Root with grounding and connection to nature, before moving through creativity and pleasure, confidence and personal power, love and connection, authentic expression, intuition and finally Crown — bringing everything together through spirituality, connection and celebration. You don’t need to know anything about chakras before coming. We’ll explore it all together.
