ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Cusco and City Transfer to Urubamba

Morning:

Upon arrival at Cusco airport, you will be met by our Andean Wings Experiences team, ready to welcome you.

Direct transfer to your hotel in the heart of the Sacred Valley, in Urubamba, a place of breathtaking landscapes and a mild climate ideal for acclimatizing and relaxing.

Afternoon:

Free time to explore the hotel's natural surroundings, relax, and prepare for the days of adventure. Dinner on your own and overnight stay in Urubamba.

Day 2: Tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas

Morning - Midday

Breakfast at the hotel. 8:00 am: Start of the tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, one of the most renowned routes for its natural and archaeological richness.

Visit to Ollantaytambo: Explore the majestic fortress of Ollantaytambo, one of the few inhabited Inca cities that still preserves its original architecture.

Here you will learn about the history of this Inca military and religious center.

Visit to Pisac: You will visit the Pisac artisan market, famous for its variety of typical products and handicrafts, ideal for purchasing souvenirs. Then, visit the Pisac archaeological complex, with its agricultural terraces and spectacular views.

Afternoon - Evening

Lunch is included at a tourist restaurant in Pisac.

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel, the Andean Wings Valley in Urubamba.  

Day 3: Tour to Machu Picchu

Morning

Hotel Departure: 6:00 am (approx.) Our team will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the train station in Ollantaytambo, where you will board the train to Aguas Calientes.

Arrival in Aguas Calientes and a short rest. Afterward, transfer by bus to the entrance of Machu Picchu.

Guided tour of Machu Picchu: For approximately two and a half hours, you will explore the temples, plazas, and terraces of this Inca wonder, while your expert guide shares the history and secrets of this magical place.

Free time to take photos and enjoy the surroundings.

Afternoon

Lunch at the "El Mapi" restaurant at Inkaterra.

Return by train to Ollantaytambo and transfer back to your hotel in Urubamba.

Day 4: Departure from Urubamba

Morning

Breakfast at the hotel and free time to enjoy the facilities;

At the designated time, our driver will pick you up and take you to Cusco for your return trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Entrance tickets to Machu Picchu and/or the Inca Trail are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• Any cancellation and/or refund request submitted more than fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the trip will be subject to applicable administrative fees and bank charges.

• No changes, cancellations, or refund requests will be accepted within fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the trip.

• Andean Wings Experiences is not responsible for modifications, delays, or cancellations caused by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, social protests, road closures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
