Dive into a world few rarely experience!
For the second year we're heading deep into the Indian Himalayas to explore one of the last untouched regions on the Tibetan Plateua....Ladakh.
Perhaps one of the most historic and secret regions on South Asia, Ladakh is an absolute treasure. Dotted with thousand-year-old Buddhist monasteries perched on hilltops, raging rivers, towering mountain peaks, and an explosion of cultural heritage.
And that's just the location.
Throughout our time in Ladakh we'll dive into the science & history of breathwork while practicing ancient techniques with the Himalayas as our backdrop.
We'll meditate with monks, learn from history professors, practice yoga with local teachers, and so much more! All at 11.500ft (3,500m).
This trip is NOT for the faint of heart. It's an expedition to test our limits and explore the boundaries of what's possible. If adventure has been calling to you, now's your time.
