Cancellation Policy
If you or any member of your party, cancel your arrangements at any time, written notification from the person who made the booking must be received by email at gorotraveltours@gmail.com
If you must cancel, the initial full deposit is non-refundable. We will grant your transfer of our land trip to another participant knowing they will satisfy the balance due on the final payment date. This transfer will NOT INCLUDE any Inter-Island Airfare or Any Excursions which are Non-Transferable on our end.
If cancelled prior to 60 days of trip, a 25% refund of payment received will be returned. Any cancellations made within 60 days or less will be forfeited, due to our obligation and non-refundable transactions, with our accommodation, transport and excursions.
