Our Cultural Womens Immersion Experience to Morocco will allow you to immerse yourself for

FLIGHTS

• You MUST purchase your own flight to Marrakesh (airport code: RAK) before Aug 1, 2019 to coordinate airport transportation.
• Flight information must be submitted no later than Aug 1, 2019. 
• Once you purchase your flight you should enter your flight information into our database, so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to the Riad.
• Enter Flight Reservations 
• Please be mindful that all attendees must arrive into Marrakesh(RAK) on or before September 28, 2019, before 4 pm for airport transfers.
• The Riad is about 30 minutes from Marrakesh Airport (RAK).
• Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
• It is the guests’ responsibility to notify of all email address changes.
• All deposits/payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.
• 24 hour cancellation.  Deposit will be refunded upon request 24 hours after trip deposit has been booked.

RESERVATION CHANGES

Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. *Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Riads/Hotels can change however the change will still be in the same category. Replacing a traveling  passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Changes policy.
