Seven days to meet yourself without masks.
An 8-day journey through the Chakras with Andrew & Clelia, in a 16th-century estate in the hills of Umbria, Italy.
A small group of 12, many tools, and a safe space to let go of what no longer serves you.
Maybe you practise with us at home, on your mat.
You feel the energy move. And sometimes you feel something deeper asking for space: old patterns you keep repeating, emotions you keep holding, a part of you that wants to come out and doesn't quite know how. Some of that work can't happen in a living room.
It needs time, a group that holds you, and a week away from everything else.
Inner Alchemy is that week.
Each day is dedicated to one Chakra, rising from the root to the third eye, and every practice of the day is designed around that energy. You don't just learn about the Chakras: you feel them in your body, your breath and your heart.
It's intense and deep, and also full of laughter, good food and long summer evenings.
This is the eighth edition. Every year people arrive curious and a little nervous, and leave surprised by how much they let go of, and how open they allowed themselves to be.
Early bird until 15 March 2027: €200 off private and double rooms.
We bring many tools, because not every tool opens every door. Some will speak to you more than others, and that's the point: during the week, each person finds their own key.

Through sacred opening and closing rituals, we will create a powerful energetic portal and establish a safe, protected, and intentional space for transformation.
The programme may vary. We adapt to the group, the weather and the energy of the week.
We won't promise you a new life in seven days. What we can tell you is what we see, every year.
People are surprised by how deep the work goes, and by how open and vulnerable they can be in a small group. Old patterns and habits that don't serve them anymore start to loosen. Somewhere in the week, everyone has their moment: a door opens and they touch the essence of who they are.
Some leave lighter.
Some leave knowing exactly what work is still waiting for them.
Everyone leaves more themselves: without masks, unapologetically real, open to feel, to live, and to trust that good things are on their way.
That's why we call it inner alchemy: a quiet transformation that brings more unity, integrity and love into your life.
We've been leading retreats together for seven years. Many of the people who come practise with us online every day, so for us this week is the moment we finally meet in person.
Clelia. I've been teaching since 2011, in Italy, India and Thailand, and the work that moves me most happens in groups. Sharing circles are my favourite moment of the week: when someone has that "aha" and you can see the light enter their heart, with clarity, strength, joy, sometimes tears, always depth and love. I create the rituals of the retreat. They're my happy place, and seeing them come alive with the group never gets old.
Andrew. Most of the year I meet you through a screen, guiding your practice from far away. That's why this week is so exciting for me: we finally share the same room, the same breath, the same silence. And there's something magical about going deep into the energy of one Chakra and feeling the pulsation ripple through each of us at the same time. It's one of those rare moments when you feel a genuine state of energetic union with a room full of people.
We know that many tools and a safe container are the perfect formula to make magic happen. We're happy to share everything we've learned and practised, and we stay in touch with the group long after the retreat ends.
Three vegetarian meals a day, cooked mostly from the estate's own organic farm: ancient grains turned into fresh pasta and bread, the estate's olive oil, and vegetables from the garden.
A savoury breakfast is served alongside the classic Italian sweet one.
Water, tea, herbal tea and fresh fruit are available all day.
Vegan, gluten-free and other dietary needs can be catered for: just tell us when you book.
Inner Alchemy is for you if you:
Feel called to experience the Chakras beyond theory, in your body
Are ready to let go of patterns that keep repeating in your life
Want a safe space to feel, express and be seen as you are
Would love tools you can bring home and keep using
Value depth, real connection and a small, intimate group
You don't need years of yoga.
Your willingness to take part fully matters more than your experience.
The days are full and active, with several practices a day.
This is not a holiday.
It's a week of real inner work, held with a lot of care, and with plenty of joy along the way.
Tenuta di Fassia is a 16th-century estate in the hills of Umbria, 5 km from the medieval town of Gubbio, surrounded by about 480 hectares of woods, fields and quiet. It has held this kind of work for more than 30 years: in the early 1990s the estate opened Casa Sangam, one of the first centres in Italy to welcome meditation groups.
Where we practise. Our main hall is Sala Anam, the ancient wine cellar of Villa Fassia: 130 m² under brick vaults, with five openings onto the villa's garden, designed by the landscape architect Pietro Porcinai. Its thick walls keep it naturally cool in summer. Two more practice rooms in our farmhouse give us space for smaller sessions.
Where you stay. The whole group stays together in Germogli, a farmhouse on the estate reserved for us. Every room has its own private bathroom, with bed linen and towels included.
Choose a private room, a double room shared with one other guest, or a shared room for 4.
Nature all around. Three lakes where you can swim in summer, kilometres of trails through oak woods and organic fields, and long evenings outside.
Light, comfortable clothes for yoga and summer days
A light layer for evenings and early meditation
White clothes for the opening ritual
Swimsuit, sun protection and a hat
Comfortable walking shoes, plus flip-flops or indoor shoes
A reusable water bottle and personal toiletries
Mosquito repellent
NO need to bring a yoga mat: mats, cushions, blocks, blankets and meditation chairs are all provided.
July in Umbria is warm and sunny, often hot in the afternoon and cooler in the evening.
The rooms have no air conditioning, but every room has a fan and the farmhouse's thick stone walls keep it fresh.
Tenuta di Fassia is 5 km from Gubbio, in Umbria, central Italy.
By plane: the closest airport is Perugia (PEG), about 35 minutes away. For international flights, Rome (FCO or CIA) usually has the most options.
By train: take the train to Fossato di Vico/Gubbio station, then a 15 to 20 minute taxi to the estate.
Arrive on Sunday 11 July no later than 2pm.
We open the retreat together at 3pm, followed by a welcome dinner. We close on Sunday 18 July with a final practice and closing ritual, ending around 13:00
Once we know everyone's arrival times, we'll share a trusted local taxi contact and help guests arriving at similar times to share a ride.
Booking. Full payment at booking. If you'd like to pay in instalments, write to us and we'll find a way.
Cancellation. Full refund if you cancel up to 40 days before the retreat (by 1 June 2027). After that, €700 is refunded and the rest covers the accommodation.
Should the retreat be cancelled by the organisers for any reason, all fees paid will be fully refunded.
