RETREAT INFO:
Come on retreat in North Texas at the Yoga 4 Love Studio Cabin on Rocky Falls. Our Yoga 4 Love Inner Goddess Retreats are fun and interactive consisting of many yogic, wellness and holistic living centered activities. Every morning we begin by a guided meditation. Enjoy hot yoga in the far infrared spa heated studio with a lovely Vinyasa yoga practice, partner yoga, relax + restore yoga a guided meditation by the waterfall with the rising or setting sun. In the evenings enjoy a ceremonial Shamanic fire ceremony after sunset with sacred song circle... and a movie night, too! Enjoy the outdoor Fire pit, bonfire at waterfall and archery range.
We spend the day with an agenda full of workshops: hands-on teaching, specialty workshops and feature guest Yoga 4 Love faculty teachers. During retreat we offer optional private reiki, sound healing and Angel Card reading sessions as an add on.
At the 2.6 acre facility on the water, Yoga 4 Love Studio Cabin, we offer a full shower, fresh green juices, morning smoothies, farm fresh eggs and hot tea. We have horses on the location, as well as many open acres for floating on the river, hiking and relaxing in the sun. Stay on site in the group cabin or tent primitive on the land, A few rooms are available in the main house, for those with handicaps or prefer to have more privacy.
Meals are community style at retreat; dinner is potluck, if you are out of town make special requests and we will make extra food for your dinners. Special diets and observations are always observed and respected. Please answer the questions at the end of your booking so we can be sure to accommodate your meals.
Book by 4/1 + Payment Plans
Payment Plans are one deposit of $75 then 3 payments for balance due. If booking later, payment in full is due. Booking Payment plans close 4/1/19. After 4/1 if space is available pay in full, please.
Reiki Training Available as an add on

Reiki Level 1 or 2 Attunement is available as a workshop and ceremony held by Lisa Ware, Reiki Master Teacher; come early the Thursday before the retreat at the Yoga 4 Love Cabin Studio. $222 for this Certification..

Travel/Flight info
We are 25 minutes South of Dallas, TX. You may fly into Dallas Love for convenience and a short Uber or Lyft. You may also fly into DFW, although DFW is about 50 minutes from our location without traffic.
If you are driving, we are only 3 hours from N Austin and less than 4 hours from Houston. For driving directions please message host.

Stay with the ladies in the cabin, sleeps 8. First 8 receive cabin stay.

Tent in one of the 2 lavish and relaxing private Goddess Yurt tents on the property.

Bring your own tent and camp under the cedars overlooking the waterfall.
Air Mattress and sleeping gear provided if you are traveling in from out of town,. Otherwise, bring your own sleeping arrangements.
Tenting: Bring your camp set up. Primitive with electricity, water and bath in the main house or cabin 50 feet away.
Cabin amenities: deck, 3/4 bath, hot tea, mini fridge. 2 more full baths available in the main house, 3/4 bath in cabin.
Main house, twin bed and laptop desk. Shared full bath. In addition, access to all Cabin amenities: deck, 3/4 bath, hot tea, mini fridge. WiFi.
Main house, Queen bed and full desk. Option to add an air mattress if you don't want to share the Queen. Full bath, private. In addition, access to all Cabin amenities: deck, 3.4 bath, hot tea, mini fridge. WiFi. Private entrance to the main house.
