This unique retreat will explore and reconnect to our natural capacity to flow.
Our body is supported by an inner ocean of fluid systems that enable our steadiness
as well as our motion. The internal rhythms of ebb and flow, within the container of
our skin and membranes, are the keys to ease of being, mobility, agility and give rise
to growth, healing and transformation.
This innate fluidity of being is our essence, that stems from our ancestral roots and
affirms life.
In this retreat we will awaken to our on-going flowing nature that gives quiet, yet
dynamic support, health, healing and vitality to the body and the mind, whilst in
motion or in rest.

Hestia Queen room w/shared bathroom: a whole sea view apartment w/ two queen bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, extra outdoor shower, access to pool & patio.
Horizon Queen room w/ shared bathroom: double bed with sea views, private patio & pool.
Windmill Single Master suite w/ en-suite bathroom private balcony & access to the pool.
This is our Windmill House which is a stylish recently renovated old windmill apartment with two floors featuring a Master bedroom at the top floor and a small living room on the ground floor.
