Sterling Forest Lodge's rooms are not your standard rooms. Every room is woven with intentional, thoughtful details. With room names like "Ash, Maple, Birch and Oak", your room will reflect the type of tree that was used for the wood flooring and details in the space - wood that was found in the surrounding forest. Ash, Maple, Birch....literally bringing the outside, in.   

Each room is equipped with organic, non-toxic mattresses and linens from Avocado Green Mattresses, organic towels and robes from Under the Canopy, and Vermont's own natural bath products by Ursa Major. There are 5 rooms total - please note that some rooms include full bathrooms inside the room, other rooms have detached private bathrooms directly outside the room accessed through the hallway.

This room can be booked as a single private room with a king size bed, or a shared room with two single beds. When you select the "Standard Shared Room" option, you are booking this as a shared bedroom for 2 people. Both attendees will need to enroll individually to reserve this room. Please specify who you are traveling with in the checkout process. If you would like to be paired with another solo traveler looking to share a room, you'll be able to select this option on the check out page and we will pair you with someone.

The Grande Suite (Red Oak) is the largest room at the lodge. Red Oak tells the story of old Vermont with its raw barn beams and hand-crafted bed paired with contemporary feels and amenities. It is the only room outfitted with a luxurious copper bath tub with sweeping views of the Green Mountains outside large pane windows on one side and cozy fireplace on the other. This room also has a full slate shower and large bathroom en suite.

This room can be booked as a single private suite with a king size bed for 1 person, or a shared suite with two single beds for two people. As a shared room, this suite is best for couples or friends traveling together. When you select the "Deluxe Shared Suite" option, you are booking this as a shared bedroom for 2 people. Both attendees will need to enroll individually to reserve this room.  Please specify who you are traveling with in the checkout process.

A luxurious bunkhouse, the Walnut room is clad in barn wood from an old barn down the road and outfitted with a luxurious en suite shower. Walnut harkens back to the days of sugarhouses and rustic Vermont living. The bunk bed itself is a two story house within the room with two full size beds.

This room can only be booked as a shared room for a maximum capacity of 2 people. This is a great option for budget travelers. Sign up with a friend or loved one, or opt to be paired with another solo traveler.  Please specify who you are traveling with or if you need to room pairing in the checkout process. 

The Offsite Retreat Pass is designed for locals who want to attend the full retreat but stay at home or at off-site accommodations of their choice. This pass includes all access to the full day of meals, yoga classes, workshops and scheduled events for all four days of the retreat. It does not include a private consultation, bodywork or on-site accommodations.
