INSOMNIA WEEKEND

Join us for the 3rd Annual Insomnia Weekend in the Luxurious Island of St. Maarten!! 

Escape to paradise and let us take care of the essentials! Our all-inclusive plan offers endless food and drinks at participating restaurants, access to non-motorized water sports, and so much more!. Fall in love with this private 98-room oasis, filled with ambiance and modern amenities. Rooms include added benefits like comfy slippers and robes, elite Wi-Fi, spa amenities, and more. Each room offers a private balcony or patio where you can relax and take in the stunning views of Little Bay. By Day and Night join us for one of our themed events.

We have created two options for payments:

Option One - Pay in Full

Option Two - Installment Plan - All installment plans are due September 15, 2023.   There will be three automatic withdrawals after the initial deposit. 

Payment 1: March 24, 2023, 

Payment 2: May 19, 2023 

Final payment Extended Until September 15, 2023 for all remaining balances. We suggest making monthly payments so you don't get behind, at least 50% of the total should be paid by May 19, 2023. You can always come into the portal and make payments at any time before the August 19, 2023 due date, if you have paid the amount before the automatic payment is due it will be counted and the auto-payment will be avoided for that due date. 

50% of the booking should be paid by May 19th, 2023. Example if it's a triple room 50% of each roommate should have completed 50% of their per person total. 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, deposits will be put towards your final balance.  There is a processing fee, this is a one time fee and does not go to gfX. This fee is based on the cumulative total you're paying during your transaction. All payments are due August  18th 2023, unpaid balances will be automatically be charged to the card on file as per the "terms and agreements".

Late Registrations can submit initial deposit and pay retroactively past due payments.

All Payments must be submitted by Final Due Date

If you're selecting extra nights please select the correct room category and the number of nights. Once you have the number of nights, please make sure you select the correct dates in the Participant Info form. Please keep in mind that all add-on's are due at the time of selection. If you're not ready to pay in full for your extra nights please return and update your registration at later time

Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, however, it does count towards your total package price if you attend the trip. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE TRIP. 50% refund if you cancel within 90 days of the trip. The deposit is Non-Refundable.  There is a $25.00 processing fee for refunds. 

gfX highly recommends securing your trip with travel insurance. Travel is unpredictable, even at the best of times. Travel insurance helps to protect you against the unexpected. If your trip is canceled unexpectedly or ends early, would you be able to easily accept the financial loss? Or, if someone in your party required evacuation due to a medical issue, could you cover that expense? Travel insurance can help with these concerns and many more.
