About your trip

returns to , an exquisite  property on an expansive hillside in the gorgeous Anderson Valley near Boonville, CA.  Join us at this sweet spot in the scenic rolling hills of Mendocino County to reconnect with a deeper yoga experience and re-inspire (or begin) your yoga and meditation practice.  Each day ~ an invitation to practice connecting to the heart, both your own and others.  All levels, ages, and all aspirations are welcome.  Bring your big beautiful heart out into this lovely landscape and let it breathe!  Cost: $395-$785 depending on choice of accommodation. Note:   You must be Fully Vaccinated to attend his trip, and negative Covid test may also be required by the venue prior to arrival.

ALL-levels Vinyasa Flow yoga practice, with personal attention and instruction, breathwork for inner peace, heart-opening guided meditation, walking meditation, hiking, organic family-style meals, hot tub, relaxation and wonderful new friends.  Lovely, luxurious accommodations in an inviting, rustic style setting, and a camping option for those on a tighter budget.  Just two hours from San Francisco! Massage available at additional cost.

5:30-6:30pm:  Stretch, Breathe & Restore (Yin/Restorative)

6:45pm:  Welcome Dinner

Friday/Saturday

7-9am:  Light Pre-Yoga Breakfast

9-10:30am:  Morning Yoga (Heart-Centered Movement, Sun Salutations at your own pace, Mindful Breathing, Heart-openers, Balancing & other Challenges!)

10:40-11am:  Walking or Sitting Meditation

11:30am:  Lunch

Free Afternoon or Hike

5pm:  Stretch, Breathe & Restore (Yin/Restorative) ~ Singing Bowls

6:30pm:  Dinner

7-8:30am:  Light Pre-Yoga Breakfast

8:30am:  Morning Yoga, Guided Relaxation & Closing Meditation

10:15-11am:  Pack out of Rooms

Join us in the yoga sanctuary on Thursday at 5:30pm to relax and unwind, stretch and clear your mind and heart-space for the weekend.  

Morning Vinyasa

60-75 minute Morning Yoga to greet the day

Each day we will begin with an energizing and awakening practice, combining guided and self-paced sun salutations, energy medicine and breathwork to jump-start the day, followed by 15-min. walking meditation. On Friday, we will use our yoga practice to create space in the breath and body to enjoy an energizing (and optional) day hike that will get the blood flowing and get us really embracing the out-of-doors.

Explore one of Mendocino's beautiful mountain or ocean hikes

Weat her permitting, we will head out for an afternoon hike to enjoy the area views and the outdoors.  We might even try a seated or walking forest meditation!

Restorative Yoga

Yin or Restorative Yoga for deep stretch & release

On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, we offer yin yoga and/or restorative yoga and guided, deep relaxation.  Singing bowls.

Raissa Lerner, ERYT-500, YACEP. Raissa is a passionate yogi, yoga teacher, nature lover, and student of yoga philosophy as it applies to modern life. Her classes cultivate breath-awareness, focusing on functional alignment and movement to build strength and stamina with grace and ease. Raissa teaches yoga as a sacred heart-opening journey, a deeply intentional moving meditation.
