Adele Switzer is working with the non-profit organization Movement Exchange to dance, travel, and explore in Panama!
Movement Exchange’s international dance exchanges to Panama offer a unique experience for students, dancers, movers, and professionals to serve the community through dance! During this eight-day program, participants will teach dance at orphanages, public schools, and institutions such as the University of Panama; take class from local dance professionals; learn about the cultural fabric of Panama through its dance traditions; and choreograph for and perform at our annual show.

Welcome to Panama
Day 1
We will explore Casco Viejo, the colonial area of Panama City filled with old French and Spanish buildings and sights. We will have our first group dinner out and plan for a week full of dancing!

Adele Switzer is the Panama Fellow for Movement Exchange, a non-profit organization that unites dance and service through its network of university chapters, international dance exchanges, and year-round programs in underserved communities.
Adele has been on 2 international dance exchanges to Panama with Movement Exchange and is now living in Panama. The international dance exchange ignited, sparked, and united Adele's passions for dancing, moving, teaching, learning, and traveling.
