As a public school educator and in her group offerings under A Brooks Gathering, LLC, Amy empowers participants to learn more about themselves, connect with others, and step into new roles. Once again, Amy Brooks arranged a fabulous retreat where I was able to step away from the pressures of time and daily life to unwind, rest, center and rejuvenate in the company of a supportive community of women, all in the beautiful environment of Bon Secours. So grateful!

This trip was amazing! The retreat space, the workshops, the food, the activities, the wellness treatments - everything was planned and organized very well, with ample time to relax. I never felt rushed, and really was able to fully embrace true Pura Vida. I recommend this week in Costa Rica to everyone!
