About this trip
When women gather together, healing happens. Join Amy as she and a circle of other women create a sacred space in the mountains of Costa Rica to explore nature, writing, and community as a source of transformation and joy.
We will immerse ourselves in the experience with silent mornings, labyrinth walks, meditation, bodies of water (waterfall pool, onsite river and lake, and the Pacific Ocean), tropical excursions, and guided workshops. These unique opportunities will release what is holding you back and welcome what is patiently waiting to serve you.
