You’re invited to immerse into a different pace of life and experience yoga inspired by the elements. Sarah’s multi-faceted classes explore the body and its potential across different styles of movement - Rocket, Ashtanga, Mandala, Vinyasa, FRC and Conscious Connected Breathwork - offer an experiential view to yoga for curious minds. She believes that to tap into our full potential and find contentment we need to be connected - mind with body and self. You will feel this across the entire retreat.
