Our Villa Le Pratola:

A striking collaboration between modern design & Tuscan warmth is instantly inviting! Positioned on a hill with 360-degree views of the verdant Chianti countryside, Le Pratola is the perfect luxury 400 year old villa in Tuscany, remodeled to the highest standard and offering expansive interiors and plenty of outdoor spaces to relax and admire the gorgeous surroundings.

There are two beautiful group yoga locations; one outdoor stone pergola covered platform with 360 degree views of the expansive sky and country side and one more cozy, underfloor heated, stone floor communal space with rustic wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings. 

This large restored villa in Chianti is set around a large central courtyard and offers three spacious terraces and multiple outdoor serene spots for quiet and personal reflection. Inside, two sitting rooms and a large panoramic dining offer plenty of space to relax. 

The barbeque and wood burning pizza oven call for al fresco dinners watching the sun set behind the vineyards. The heated infinity pool has a remote-controlled electronic safety cover – while the game room with pool table, table football and outdoor ping pong will entertain kids of all ages.

With wineries, medieval villages and many acres of vineyards on your doorstep, there are endless opportunities for daily walks, excursions and activities. 

One double bedroom is located at ground level and has its own terrace, while other four bedrooms (3 doubles and one twin) are located on the second floor. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers (the master suite also has a large soaking tub). An additional en suite bedroom is located in the annexe cottage which includes its own terrace. Every room is true 5 star luxury with views, impeccable cleanliness, exquisite linens, individual AC, underfloor heating, with access to laundry room with washer and dryer.

There are only 6 rooms available for a minimum of 7 friends and if rooms are double occupancy then 12 students at maximum capacity.

CANCELATION POLICY

The $1000 deposit to hold your space is non refundable. If you need to cancel before January 31, 2025 you will be refunded minus the $1000 deposit. 

There are no cancellation refunds or transfers after January 31st 2025 so please get Travel Insurance (at a very low cost) as that insurance will reimburse you if you need to cancel your trip. 

All payments must be paid in full by May 31st, 2025 (as I have to pay the location in full.) If not paid in full by May 31st, 2025 your spot is subject to cancellation and any monies paid will be non refundable. 

Split payment option is available in registration.

Travel insurance is highly recommended should you need to cancel for any reason. You can purchase insurance to cover cancellations for any reason including covid. Please note some insurance providers require you to purchase within two weeks of booking. 

Our yoga movement practices will focus on gentle accessibility while building strength and focus. Clear, calming and potent breathwork with meditation will be included in all sessions. All levels and experience welcome.

We will head out after brunch to Radda di Chianti, a near by beautiful medieval town enclosed in large defensive walls. Located up on a hill between the valleys of Arbia and Pesa, it has ancient origins. Inhabited since the 9th century, Radda was officially mentioned in a document from 1002. Its stone facades adds to the medieval look characterized by narrow streets and tower buildings. It is no wonder that Radda served as the capital of Chianti; its prime position served as a point of coordination between its neighbors Gaiole and Castellina. 

The picturesque panorama with a small town feel with many shops, churches and tranquil spots for hanging out. We will spend about 2-3 hours to tour freely before returning back to the villa for rest or practice if you choose.

We will head out after brunch to Brolio Castle, also known as Castello di Brolio. A historic and picturesque castle located in the heart of the Chianti region in Tuscany, Italy. It is one of the oldest and most famous castles in the area, dating back to the 10th century. The castle is set atop a hill and offers stunning views of the surrounding vineyards and countryside. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and olive groves, making it a perfect destination for nature lovers. Brolio Castle has a rich history and has been owned by the Ricasoli family since 1141. The Ricasoli family is one of the oldest noble families in Italy and has played a significant role in the political and cultural history of the region. The castle itself has been through various renovations and additions over the centuries, resulting in a unique combination of architectural styles. Aside from its historical and architectural significance, Brolio Castle is also known for its wine production. The Ricasoli family has been producing wine on the estate for over 900 years, and the castle is home to a renowned winery. Visitors can take guided tours of the wine cellars and vineyards, and even participate in wine tastings. Just a short walk/hike below is an adorable small village area with a few shops, Brolio's wine tasting center and quaint spots for hanging out. 

We will spend about 3-4 hours to tour freely before returning back to the villa for rest or practice if you choose. The castle museum is open from 2:30–5:30 PM, castle restaurant the Osteria del Castello and tours (from the castle museum will be available). Explore the castle and garden grounds, partake in lunch or aperitivo and wine tasting at the very first family of chianti in Tuscany. 

Tours, optional lunch, wine are not included in price in this excursion; these will be extra and optional per participant.
