This local Fall Retreat is all about rest. A rest from the hustle of summer shenanigans. A rest from the start of school. A rest from preparing for all the upcoming winter holidays. A rest from the digital world. A rest from overstimulation. A rest from the doing, the planning, the preparing, the problem-solving, the organizing and the running from here to there. The Manor at Olde Stone Acres is a 5,500 sq. ft. beautiful 1940 farmhouse with elaborate woodwork inviting you through this quality-built, two-story home with a panoramic countryside view on 54 acres featuring an 8.5-acre pond.The Manor boasts 11 bedrooms varying in size (comfortably sleeping 35 guests), 8 bathrooms (6 full: 1 jacuzzi, 1 steam shower/sauna, 2 half), an oversized-kitchen including 2 refrigerators and 1 overflow refrigerator, 2 dining rooms (comfortably seating 32 with additional 8 in adjoining room), 2 living rooms each featuring a large smart TV, and a heated adjacent game house with pool table, table tennis, foosball, and our very own enclosed pickleball court.Outside the Manor, guests can enjoy the beautiful countryside from the patio with a fireplace, take a walk through the country meadow, or enjoy the adjoining pond with a ride on our paddle boat or cast a line for some catch-and-release fishing.For this retreat, we have opted for a long 3-night weekend (Thursday - Sunday). HOWEVER, YOU CAN ATTEND FOR 2 NIGHTS ONLY (FRIDAY - SUNDAY). If you choose 2 nights, the price is $111 less than advertised and you MUST MESSAGE THE STUDIO TO ADVISE SO YOUR FINAL BILL CAN BE ADJUSTED. This is a female only retreat as some rooms are shared.  The shared room accommodations range from 2-5 people in each room. We will be preparing meals that are extraordinarily nutritious with high protein, season fruits & vegetables, fresh pressed juices and more! Unlike our prior local retreats, this farmhouse supplies all the bed linens, towels, soaps, etc... you are more than welcome to bring your own but are not required. Although we are not following a tight or over scheduled agenda, there will be daily yoga, breathwork & meditation and soundbaths.  Otherwise, we are focusing on deep conversations, enjoying the countryside, cooking and eating, reading, journaling, laughing, connecting, evening fires and most importantly, simply existing.

Meko's retreats are always amazing and this one did not disappoint. Every retreat brings together strong women in pursuit of connection, community and friendship. Even as a "reset" type of event the magic and discovery we found was unreal. The new venue was nothing short of incredible. The outdoor spaces made it a true return to nature. The food was absolutely their BEST EVER! Thank you!

Guatemala was a beautiful country with beautiful people.  The trip was organized as a yoga retreat but delivered so much more.  The Bambu Guest House was a beautiful place to stay and the food was amazing.
