This is not your average, quiet wellness retreat. Mizata by Antiresort blends deep self-reflection with a lively, community-driven culture. It is a space designed for free spirits, wanderers and yogis who want to challenge their bodies, clear their minds, and celebrate life in a tropical paradise. THIS IS A CO-ED RETREAT.

We will have access to the Nawi Beach House which has weekend events ranging from salsa dancing to DJ's to tattoo and tarot readers on site. The Longevity Lab allows people to partake in hyperbaric chambers, aesthetic treatments, massages, IV drips & stem cell therapy.

Our meal plan consists of three per day from the Nawi Beach House menu, inviting you to enjoy fresh, health-conscious cuisine right by the ocean. Rooted in sustainability and mindful eating, our beachfront restaurant and bar offer a relaxed yet vibrant setting especially on weekends, when the atmosphere comes alive with energy, music and a social beachside buzz.

The menu caters to diverse dietary preferences, featuring organic, locally sourced ingredients with vegan, gluten-free, and paleo options designed to nourish and energize. Seafood is responsibly sourced directly from local fishermen, ensuring both freshness and ethical practices, while partnerships with nearby farms bring farm-to-table fruits and vegetables straight to your plate. Every dish at Nawi Beach House is a celebration of flavor, sustainability, and well-being, served with a side of ocean breeze

The cost of the flights is not included in your reservation, however most flights to central America this time of year are quite affordable - ranging from $400-$600 round trip depending on the seat you choose. We do cover all ground transportation - to and from the airport, excursions and experiences. The travel to and from the airport will be shuttles and the airport is under 2 hours away from Mizata.

Unlike our other retreats, this is not a strictly vegan or vegetarian facility. However, the menu does include vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free options. A menu of the food can and will be supplied to you during our pre-retreat meetings. ALSO, Nawi Beach House on the property has weekend events that are open to us, and this includes a bar. Although alcoholic drinks are not covered in your reservation, you are more than able to partake in any libations you choose, but please know, it is an upcharge for us to hold your hair at the end of the night (lol). Finally, this is a co-ed retreat; all genders are welcome.

Pricing varies based on the chosen accommodation. No matter the package we have formulated a cost to encompass the whole experience from the time you land without hidden expenses. Our costs include all ground transportation, meals, group excursions and even gratuity. Extras are available including spa services and other onsite and offsite adventures but since these are extras, you are able to experience these on your own accord.

To secure your spot!!! Pick your package and make your non-refundable 10% deposit. The remaining balance will be split over the course of 20 months, you can choose to pay the entire balance in one swoop or if you are joining us after the launch of the booking window, the payment plan will adjust to equal payments with final payment being 30 days before the retreat. Registration and payments must be made through this WeTravel page. If you pay via bank transfer, there is no transaction fee. If you pay by credit card, 3.9% is added for their processing fees.

Cancelation Policy 

Due to the precise manner of planning, mapping to offer the lowest possible pricing with an intentional experience and the agreements & payments made within the retreat site , no refund will be offered of any payments made. 

If the trip must be canceled due to an extreme emergency, potential refund of payments will be placed under review and consideration. Any change or cancelation request MUST BE MADE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL; any other type of correspondence will be considered invalid.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - BY PAYING YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS PAYMENT STRUCTURE. IF AT ANY TIME A NEW PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT IS NEEDED, PLEASE REACH OUT SO THAT WE CAN ACCOMODATE. IF PAYMENTS BECOME DELINQUENT, WE WILL REACH YOU VIA EMAIL AND WILL CONTINUE EACH MONTH UNTIL COMMUNICATION OR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. NEARING 90 DAYS DELINQUENT, WE WILL REACH OUT VIA PHONE CALL - NOT TEXT - TO DISCUSS. IF AFTER 90 DAYS, THE PARTICIPANT DOES NOT COMMUNICATE OR MAKE PAYMENT, WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE PARTICIPANT'S RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND. AGAIN, PAYMENT OF YOUR DEPOSIT ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

If you purchased a Single Occupancy accommodation - like the treehouses - that have a king bed and you would like to add on a spouse, significant other, etc... we can add a person to your reservation to share the bed for an upcharge. You cannot add a person to a shared accommodation; they would be required to make their own reservation if it is a shared room. The charge covers transportation, excursions, experiences, meals, taxes and gratuities. Please notify Elizabeth so that she can complete the addition.
