For my Intro to Self-healing weekend, you will learn about the energy in and around your body, how to tap into your spiritual gifts and intuition for guidance, and how to see, feel or sense your aura to balance and heal your own energy.

Each participant will leave feeling comfortable in their own energy, balanced and empowered with the tools you'll learn to self-heal.

We will explore:

-Aura Strengthening

-Color therapy

-Seeing and removing, curses, marks, and cords from the aura

-Intuition opening exercises

-Tuning into your internal guidance system

-Muscles testing

-Exercises to help master and apply these skills
