This Introduction to the Four Mind Changings is a 10-hour Intensive offered in 5 sessions of 2 hours. Anyone interested in learning about the ancient Zen practice of Lojong (Mind Training), and how to apply it in daily life, is welcome to join. The program will be offered online through live and interactive sessions. This experience will offer a combination of lecture, discussion and Q&A, Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation.
