Deposit is fully refundable until August 30, 2022 for early our bird registrations. After August 30, 2022 deposit is refundable except for $100 registration fee until May 1, 2023. After May 1, 2023, all payments are non-refundable.
When registering separately with a travel companion:
If you are traveling with a companion who is not registering with you, each of you will select the double package and indicate your roommate selection on the next page.
This rate is for a single person who will be rooming alone.
