Fabuloso tour! Espectacular snorkel vimos de todo! Gracias al equipo que nos llevó Eugenio, Blady y Jimmy, fueron muy amables y atentos e hicieron todo lo posible para que viéramos todos los animales marinos!

This trip was fine, but over-priced at $65/per person. Their "pick up at your hotel" was someone standing outside who walked ahead of us for the kilometer or so to the pier. (Not very friendly although we spoke Spanish.) We waited on the pier for our boat for a while and then were taken to the promised sites which are all worth seeing. But there was not good explanation of the itinerary. The guide spoke English and Spanish and could answer our questions. But there wasn't a lot of information provided when we didn't ask questions. The time spent snorkeling was very short-- about 25 minutes and they provided snorkels but not fins. I'm not confident that the snorkels were cleaned between trips. They tasted like salt water when we put them on. They asked us to wear life jackets in the boat, but not for snorkeling and they didn't have those little snorkel vests that I've been given on other tours that you can blow up if you need a bit more support in the water. I ended up asking to be thrown a life jacket because the water was choppy and I felt more comfortable with floatation support. The guide was way ahead of me and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have noticed if I drowned... The final stop was the longest but also the least interesting-- at a place where we could swim without interesting sea life or other animals; salt flats; and a bar/restaurant that has seen better days (e.g., there were tables for things like ping pong that weren't really usable and they didn't have balls or paddles). The Galapagos are amazing! This tour was a chance to see more of Santa Cruz, but we had better experiences with other groups.

Firstly, the girl at the agency was very courteous, helpful and polite. She got me a spot at the very end. The trip itself was very interesting, stopping at different sites, seeing different fauna, both in the water and on the ground. The food they served was great, and the boat team was polite and hospitable. The guide was knowledgeable both in Spanish and English.
