I HIGHLY recommend Galacruises services to anyone traveling to Galapagos, Ecuador. I had the opportunity to travel last minute and Glacruises was able to set me up with a cruise and hotel stay right away (in less than a day if I recall correctly). The trip was seamless. Everything was explained in detail on what to expect day to day. Transporation from the airport, to the cruise, to the hotel, and then back to the airport was flawless. We arrived before check-in time to the hotel and Lucero at Galacruises was able to facilitate an early check-in followed by a smooth and quick room upgrade request. It was extremely helpful to have Galacruises resources available during this trip. Anything service or transportation-related they were there to help with and allowed us to enjoy and relax while they helped out with all the logistics. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The hotel, its staff, food and accommodations were great. Location terrific access to a malecon. Hot water just lukewarm in shower, hot in sink. There are three Wyndham hotels in Guayaquil, two near the airport. Be sure you know which one has your registration. The staff at the Wyndham Garden was very helpful in getting us to the correct Wyndham Puerto Santa Ana. I would stay here again & recommend it highly.

Absolutely fantastic! Galacruises took care of all our problems (lost luggage, multiple flight delays). The guides and hotel accommodations were perfect. I highly recommend them. My only, minor, complaint, was we had booked at the Wyndham Hotel in Guayaquil and it turns out there are three of them. Found the correct one on the second try.
