Much more cultural than expected as few of the posts on EBC hike highlighted the cultural side of the trek. This was awesome - made so by having a guide and porter for our group of four. Connection with the guide and porter was great - some cards at night and just learning about their lives. Amazing trip and kudos to GH for the excellent organization

The service provided by Glorious Himalaya Trekking was superb. From the moment I was collected at the airport, I was made to feel very welcome. During the trek, Keshab, our guide, was, at all times, incredibly courteous and helpful, ensuring that the needs of our group were met. In addition, our friendly and helpful porters always ensured our bags were waiting at our hotel at the end of each day. This was my third trek with Ganesh and Glorious Himalaya Trekking and they have always provided high quality service. I recommend Glorious Himalaya Trekking to anyone. Scott (Australia).

The organization of the Tour was perfect. With some luck we could fly both ways from Katmandu to Lukla without any problems as it is often the case. Our guide Keshab has always been avaiable and very dedicated for our small group of 3 people. He would always give us details on the itinerary , and seems to know very well all the moutains and trails we hiked. His only mistake was to ask loud and directly that we had to give him and the porters a subbstantial tip (a tip is not something that should be openly requested, it is a choice of the client, claiming a tip is very inelegant) The hike to EBC has been going very smoothly for us. Nevertheless there are two points which has nothing to see with the agency Glorious Hymalayan , but should be mentioned about hiking to EBC : 1/This itinerary is the most popular and therefore the route is ovecrowded. Although we were not at the peak season , they was continuously groups of people few meters ahead and behind of us. This is somewhat annoying ; it feels like being in a busy airport or a train station, most of the time surrounded with people and never alone . 2/ Accomodations are very basic . absence of heating and very poor hygiene make your stay in these "lodges" or "guest houses" very incomfortable. We are not excpeting luxury hotels but cleanliness and better heating in the dining must be enhanced (rooms are not heated but this is understandable) .

This trip was the most memorable I've done. I think about the Himalayas daily now. Thank you Glorious Himalaya Trekking for making my EBC trek unforgettable. Together the team including Ramesh, Ganesh, and Dhan all contributed to this with their warm hospitality and understanding and extensive knowledge about the Khumbu Region and Kathmandu. Ganesh, the guide really made a huge difference on a daily basis. There were tough days...no doubt about that but the patience on the trail was never ending especially in times of exhaustion. The choices of tea houses were good together with the advice on food options for daily trekking. There is so much positives that can be said about the company. Overall I highly recommend Glorious Himalaya Trekking for any adventures in Nepal. Your experience will surely not be disappointing.
