A hidden gem 7 hours away from Bengaluru, Valiyaparamba Island, with an area of 16 km2 and a population of 10,000, Valiyaparamba Island is the biggest island in Kavvayi Backwaters, on the western side of the island runs the Valiparamba beach. Valiparamba beach is perhaps Kerala’s best kept secret. Serene and secluded Valiparamba beach is a dream come true for anyone who wants to spend a quiet day at beach without being disturbed by loud and noisy crowds. The island is close to some of the major tourist places in Kasargod such as the Bekal Fort which is just an hour’s drive away from here. Bekal Fort offers beautiful view of the surrounding areas. The Malabar mangrove trail is just 20 km away from Valiyaparamba Backwaters, the trail offers hiking, boating and birdwatching
Chill on the beach and heal with beach yoga while the setting sun kisses the horizon, kayak to the neighbouring islands on tranquil waters that mirror the rising crimson sun, and explore the island on bike.
The car will start from Bangalore before 5am and reach Valiyaparamba by lunch, after lunch we can rest for a while and head to beach.

Relaxing Beach Yoga - Take a stroll on the beach for sunset followed by Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutation) before heading to evening tea/drinks
