Flight parameters:

April 5 — Arrive Tel Aviv at any time.

There will be a complimentary airport shuttle for arrivals 4:40PM or earlier. Please note: you must depart the US no later than April 4 in order to join the tour on April 5.

April 15 — Depart Tel Aviv at 11:30PM or later.

After the farewell dinner, we will transport the group to the airport for flights departing 11:30PM or later.

Please note: If you obtained the ETA-IL for the originally scheduled May 2026 tour and the passport you applied with will still be valid for the new dates, you can use your existing visa. The ETA-IL is valid for two years from date of issue.

All international travelers from visa-exempt countries, including the United States, need to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) prior to traveling to Israel.

The ETA costs approximately $7-9 USD. We kindly ask that you complete the online application by two months prior to your departure date, using the following link:

The application process is quick and simple—only taking 5-10 minutes to complete—and requires your passport information. The ETA is valid for two years as long as your passport also has two years of validity left on it.

The initial $350 deposit is nonrefundable regardless of world events. All payments are nonrefundable in the event a tour participant cancels their own participation in the tour except as covered by the optional purchase of travel insurance with a cancellation benefit. Insurance is available as part of the registration process on this site.

This trip is offered at a cash/check discount. You can pay through this portal with your bank account details (routing and account number) or send checks/money orders to the office address. Credit/debit cards are accepted as a form of payment on this portal 

 In the event that the tour has to be rescheduled due to a Force Majeure occurence such as war or pandemic, the tour will be rescheduled to a later date.  Mayfair Travel will work with all suppliers to negotiate all funds transferred to the new dates.  If this occurs, all options for travel credit and/or refunds will be presented to all travelers based on the policies in effect at the time.   Please note that your group trip cost is being offered at a cash/check discount. Credit card payments will be billed at non-discounted (3% additional) rate.  Prices are per person based on double occupancy.
